Watch the Trailer for “Anomalisa,” Charlie Kaufman’s New Stop-Motion Animated Film

The man who wrote, Being John Malkovich, Adaptation., Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Synecdoche, New York returns with an existential stop-motion animated film that has been hailed by many as a masterpiece.

We have a rule here at The Overgrown, when a film is released that has Charlie Kaufman’s name on it in any capacity, you must go see it.  I feel it would be a disservice to get into the plot too much, as the trailer is purposefully abstract, so, let’s just sit back and enjoy the first look at Anomalisa.
