In an attempt to LaBeouf harder than any Shia has every previously LaBeoufed, the Nymphomanic star is currently sitting in the Anjelika Film Center in New York watching all of the films he’s appeared in back-to-back
For a project he’s appropriately calling, #AllMyMovies, Shia LaBeouf is, as we speak sitting through the beginning of his film, Charlie Countryman. And as soon as that ends he will go right into, Company You Keep and then Lawless, then Transformers: Dark of the Moon then Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and so on and so on until he the credits roll on Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind at 6:53 pm on Thursday night. Besides 10 minute breaks between films there are no intermissions.
The three day screening is open to the public and free -if you’re in the area, you can pop in and watch Shia watching Shia, or you do can do so in the comfort of your own home through the live stream being offered by NewHive.com. This is not Shia’s first foray into the world of hashtag titled performance pieces, there was previously #IAMSORRY in LA, which consisted of LaBeouf sitting in silence in a gallery space with a paper bag over his head.
So if you’ve ever wanted to watch Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull with Mutt Williams himself, “just do it!”
